8:30am: Rental and Lift Ticket Pickup Opens in the New Lodge at the Hill!
9:15am: Registration Opens to pick up your badge and merch!
We will be at a Table in the original lodge, once the majority of attendees pick up their badges we will switch to registration on demand via messaging @MilletBirb on Telegram.
Note: Please bear with us as we shift and redevelop our registration strategy this year with the new venue, the only thing your badge will be required for is the Gathering at the AirBnB as we will be providing food and refreshments for those who attend, you can pick it up at the AirBnB as well!
10:00am: Lifts Begin to Spin on the Hill
10:15am-12:30pm: Intro Lessons —Meet up near Beginner Area
1:00pm: —Ski/Snowboard Games on the Bunny Hill (Fursuits Not Required)
2:45pm to 3:00pm: Gather for Group Photo —Location TBD, Check Back here or In the Chat for Updates!
3:05pm: Group Photos are Taken
3:15pm-3:30pm: Meet up at Double Lift to Gather for Run Photos, Run TBD based on Terrain Availability
3:30m - 4:30pm: Green Run Photos
—Big Group Shot First - Sent at 2:40pm
After that we will do Small Groups and Single Suiters.
6:00pm: Lifts Stop for the Evening
6:15pm-10:00pm: Apres Ski Party at the AirBnB down the road from the hill ≈ 7 min away
Badges will be Required to Have with you during the Party.
Location of the AirBnB will be emailed on the day of the event to the email you registered with. If you don't have access to the email on the day of the event Reach out to @TechnoAurora either via Telegram or in person on the hill and they can verify you, and get the address to you. (They wear a light blue jacket and lime green pants - hopefully hard to miss xD)
